I don’t think I need to explain myself do I?
I’m so happy. I’ve just managed to set a record for the shortest time a board has lasted me. 10 fucking days. Anyway the old board is in the bin and I just setup a lovely new Heroin board. It is the God Pro Model from the Heroin Illustrator series, I also put on some new wheels. 53mm Satan Pro Wheels, So my board is a clash of good and evil on an epic scale. Here’s hoping it does something for my skating, that is of course when it stops bloody raining, its May for christs sake.
I wish some people would learn how to setup a fricking dns record. I don’t like typing in the www. part of web addresses, appease the lazy sod in me please.
*end of rant*
The Protec Pool Party at the Vans Combi Bowl happened this weekend. Theres some killer footage on the official site, shame about Andy Mac being there.
I just signed up for Last.Fm instead of revising. It’s pretty cool so far.
The basic jist of it is that you install a plugin for your media player that sends the tracks you play on it to a central database and you can then see what has been listened to on your profile page. This means my music tastes are now exposed to the public and I may have to start listening to good music, that isn’t utter shite and embarassing *deletes wham mp3’s*
Anyway, check out my profile here and see below for my latest tracks.
Are there dark forces at work in sheffield?! I’m going to stay on the safe side and get a God pro model when I finally kill the board I’m skating right now.
I probably would have got it today had I not spent the best part of £50 on some 80’s horror films and other wonderful dvd’s
ps. look at the id number of the link.
Remember when the Gonz came to Leeds and skated the Works…
This weeks skateboarding effort.
I found Jerome Campbell floating above a bar somewhere on the outskirts of Sheffield. So naturally I took a photo, not a very good one, but a photo nonetheless.
There have been reports of skateboarders actually enjoying skateboarding together in Sheffield. Experts don’t believe that this is anything to worry about and may have beneficial effects in the longterm. More news as we get it.
